At Savvy Beauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not fully happy with your order, we offer a 7 to 14 business day return policy from the date you receive your products. Please carefully review our policy below:

Eligibility for Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging, including tags, unaltered and undamaged.
  • Lace frontal wigs and accessories must not have been worn, styled, or altered in any way.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on used or opened beauty products.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email Us: Please email us at savvybeauty@savvybeauty.co within 7 to 14 business days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the item you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
  2. Approval Process: Once we receive your email, we will review your request and send you instructions on how to proceed with the return.
  3. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return to ensure it reaches us safely.

Refund Processing

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items. If everything is in order, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Opened or used wigs, hairpieces, or beauty products.
  • Products not returned within the 14-day window.
